About me

I've had a wide range of experiences and jobs. These are just a few of them. I've also studied Audio Engineering at Musician's Institute and Acting at Santa Monica College and The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. On top of that I've been a pizza chef, a transporter (not quite like Jason Statham) and been paid to be one of the (empirically) scariest people on earth at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Work Experience

IT System Support

● Performed quality assurance tests of and 40 Starlink systems and 700+ Cradlepoint routers.
● Updated and provision 8000 iPads via Apple Provisioning Utility and Apple Configurator
● Sorted, labeled, and updated tracking information for 1000+ Cradlepoint routers and related hardware

Pyrotechnic Stagehand

● Assisted organization, labeling, setup, and wiring of stage pyrotechnics
● Loaded, setup, and test CO2 tanks and solenoids for team celebrations
● Moved pyrotechnic and cryotechnic devices onto and off the field for Angel City FC, LA Galaxy, and LA Chargers games

Freelance Web Development/Tech Support

● Troubleshot software and hardware problems in person and remotely
● Research and recommend software, hardware, or services based on client needs
● Create and modify images and video for product artwork, websites, and advertisements
● Create Google Apps Scripts to query external API
● Create custom JavaScript in Shopify’s Liquid language to satisfy client needs

Field Support Technician

● Assisted other Field Support Technicians, Vote Center Leads, and Election Workers with any and all technical issues
● Drove equipment van to vote centers across Los Angeles County as required
● Setup, broke down, and troubleshot voting machines, voter registration machines, and Cradlepoint routers
● Ensured proper tagging for technical and security issues
● Planned and setup Vote Centers ensuring proper cable management, safety, and ADA compliance.
● Used multiple devices to ensure proper record keeping of the chain of custody of secure devices
● Trained new hires, county employees, and poll workers on equipment use, setup, and breakdown
● Documented and tracked support tickets using Cherwell
● Escalated complex issues to Tier 1 or higher support teams as needed

Aviation Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class

● Ensured safe movement of aircraft on the flight deck
● Ensured stopped aircraft were secured appropriately for the weather conditions
● Trained new personnel on flight deck safety
● Checked IDs of all personnel entering the ship
● Inspected incoming vehicles and bags for contraband and explosives
● Patrolled the interior and exterior of the ship
